Xenia Papaphilippou is a Director in the Tax Advisory Department at PwC Cyprus. She is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) as well as a Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants Cyprus (ICPAC). Xenia holds a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens & University of Cyprus, as well as a MA in Accounting and Finance, University of Leeds. She is in charge of a wide portfolio of domestic and international clients, including multinational companies, operating mainly in the Financial Services, Real Estate and Funds sectors. She has extensive experience of advising on international mergers and acquisitions as well as cross-border transactions and reorganizations, planning and implementation of tax restructurings and due diligence studies.  She is also part of the PwC UK Tax team leading engagements in the Deals, FS, Asset Wealth Management, Private Business and Real Estate industries. She is in the core team handling technology solutions for Tax Advisory.
