Andreas Anastasiou is a Partner in Strategy and Transactions Services at EY Cyprus. To date Andreas was involved in a range of financial advisory services tovarious companies and institutions, with a particular focus in the hospitality and real estate sector. Clients included large corporates, institutional investors, banking institutions as well as the Cypriot Government. Engagements he led included among others lead advisory and M&As, due diligence exercises, corporate and debt restructurings, as well as the preparation of feasibility studies and business plans for capital raising and investment appraisal purposes.
